Large beefsteak tomato stuffed with our housemade Albacore tuna salad, sprinkled with Parmesan crisps, served with mixed greens and grilled pita.

WILD MUSHROOM FLATBREAD $20

We start this thin, crispy flatbread by adding a rich parmesan cheese sauce and then smothering it with shitake, Portobello, white and oyster mushrooms. It is then finished with caramelized onions, fresh arugula and a white truffle oil.
